Hi, I’m Mikki.
I’ve spent more than 30 years studying natural health and exploring the many ways we can support the body’s ability to function, adapt and thrive.
Today my work brings together those decades of experience with my training as a Level 2 Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, Herbalist, Neuro-Transformational Coach, Longevity Specialist and Energy Healer.
My interest in parasites became much more personal after completing my own foundational parasite protocol. It changed the questions I was asking. Instead of only “What might be living inside us?” I became interested in “What makes the human body a more resilient—or vulnerable—host in the first place?”

Do I have to work with you to do the Foundational Protocol?
Absolutely not. If you’re comfortable doing it independently, you can purchase your protocol through my registration link, receive 15% preferred pricing and follow the program on your own.
Are the supplements included in the $1,111?
No. Your Foundational Protocol products are purchased separately. The $1,111 is for the 16-week Personal Guidance Program.
How often will we meet?
We’ll meet privately twice each month for 20 minutes, for a total of eight private sessions during the 16-week program.
Why only 20 minutes?
Because we’re not starting from scratch every time we talk. You’ll complete your personal check-in beforehand, and the education you need is delivered separately. Our 20 minutes can be focused on you—your questions, your observations and what needs your attention next.
Is this group coaching?
No. And that’s intentional. Health can be incredibly personal. I want you to be able to ask the weird question, talk about the uncomfortable thing and share what’s actually happening without wondering who’s listening.
What happens if something concerns me?
My role is education and coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If something you’re experiencing warrants evaluation by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional, I’ll encourage you to seek that care.
